excellent stay
tea station clear instructions
the room was clean and i felt safe there. i appreciated the tea and coffee station provided, a great touch. the location was perfect, near lovely cafes and parks. access was easy with clear instructions for entering the building and my room.
i noticed the walls were quite thin, and noise from the neighboring room disturbed me. it made it hard to sleep after midnight.

average stay with some issues
stale smell insufficient seating
the location allowed easy access to public transport..
I noticed a stale smell in the room, a bit unpleasant. also, the room lacked sufficient seating. There was only a bed, one chair, and a cupboard. i think adding some more comfortable seating would greatly improve the room's functionality.

public transport satisfying visit
the location allowed me to easily reach public transport options. the accommodation also provided every facility i needed for a satisfying visit.
there was a slight issue with noise from other guests .

Wonderful stay in a cozy room
clean room nice touches
The room itself was fresh and clean (like my own little apartment on the top floor). I especially loved the fan and the nice finishing touches they added.
I found that there was a lack of chairs and tables in the room. I would have liked more than just a bed, one chair, and a cupboard.

The location is a short walk to a tram stop. It made getting around the area very convenient. A Tesco Express is within a 5-10 minute walk (very handy for necessities).

The room had a good supply of tea, coffee, and milk. There was an excellent water heater available for making hot beverages (very much appreciated). These amenities were really helpful .

My room had sockets by the bed including a USB one. This made charging my devices overnight very easy and convenient. The room was also very very comfy and tidy, important for a relaxing stay.

The guesthouse offers easy check-in with keysafes. I could access my room without needing staff assistance. I found a hairdryer and ironing board which were an added bonus (useful for maintaining my clothes).
